What we keep and why

What we keep when you book
Your name, phone, email, the address of the place and how to get in. We use them only to do your job, send your quote and invoice, and answer you.
Texts
We text you only if you say yes. Reply STOP or ALTO to stop at any time, and HELP or AYUDA for help. Message and data rates may apply. We never sell or share your phone number or your permission to text with anyone for their marketing.
Access details
Lockbox and door codes are shown to your cleaner only on the way in, and disappear from our crew app after the job.
Photos
Before and after photos are attached to your invoice and shared only with you (and your property manager, if you have one), or when needed to settle a dispute about the work. Never used in ads without your written permission.
Calls
Our office answers calls during business hours. After hours you can leave a message.
If you apply to work with us
Your answers and voice clips go only to our office, to call you back and decide. We do not ask for a Social Security number when you apply.

Text messages
Text messages. Casa Bella Cleaning Services, LLC sends text messages only to people who agree to receive them, by checking the box on our forms, by texting us first, or, for our cleaners, by setting up our cleaner app. If you agree to receive text messages from Casa Bella Cleaning Services, LLC, we use your phone number only to text you about your cleanings and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving texts and HELP for help.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with service providers that help us run our business and support our customers (for example, our texting and email providers and our payment processor), only so they can provide that service.
