Pay first, plainly
for example, for a regular 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment. Pay depends on the building and the size, and you always see it before you accept.
for carpet: $25 for the first room, then $10 for each additional room.

Good to know about pay
- On team jobs the pay is split in equal parts among everyone who worked, and that includes your first job with someone experienced.
- We do not take taxes out of your pay. You report your own earnings, and we send you a 1099 form when the IRS requires it (for 2026, if we paid you $2,000 or more).
- Your first payment comes on the pay Friday after your first two-week period closes.

How it works
Your work, your choice
- You are an independent contractor. You choose which jobs to accept, and saying no never counts against you. Job offers arrive in our app with the place, the day and the pay. You have 15 minutes to say yes or no.
- Our app speaks your language. Spanish or English, and it works with your voice. You see what a job pays before you accept.
- Photos protect you. Before and after photos show the work you did, if anyone ever asks.
- Busiest May to August. Year-round work for those who want it. Outside the summer there is less work, and winter is the slowest.
What you need
Just a few things
- Your own car or ride.
- Your own vacuum, broom, mop and gloves. We give you cleaning products if you need them.
- Able to climb stairs and pull out the stove and refrigerator.
- A phone that takes photos.
- 18 years or older.
- To apply we do not ask for a Social Security number or an ID. If you start working with us, we ask for a W-9 tax form and an ID, and we keep them private and locked.
