Preferences
If we are cleaning your home, please provide a "To-do List" for us with the things you don’t want to have to do yourself at the top of the list. We can vacuum, sweep/mop, dust, wipe down all touch points, clean and disinfect the restrooms and all “touch points” as needed. We charge a 2 hour minimum of $60.00 and after the two hours any additional hours will be charged at $29.00 an hour.
We can use your cleaning products or Casa Bella can provide the product. If there is a specific item you need such as granite cleaner, marble cleaner, unscented cleaner, etc. which we don't carry, you can provide those for us.
Carpet or Upholstery Steam Cleaning
We have one of the best carpet steam cleaners in the Northwest Ohio area, called the Rotovac Steam cleaner. We have a three step process for stains. Our machine is restorative, making carpets look the best they possibly can. Charges for steam cleaning are separate and determined according to the rooms, halls, stairs and furniture needing cleaning.
Billing
Invoices will be sent via email once the cleaning has been completed. Invoices are due upon completion of services and payable by credit/debit cards, bill-pay, ACH direct deposit, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App or checks.
Cancellations
Please email cancellations no later than 5 PM the evening before the day of the scheduled service in order to allow the cleaners to serve others. Failure to do so will result in $29 non-cancellation fee.
