Preferences

We can provide day porter services and clean on a regular daily, weekly, monthly, or as-needed basis. You can have a "To-do List" and rank your preferences at the top of the list. We can dust, clean, disinfect, vacuum, sweep, mop, declutter, and organize common areas and restrooms, as well as the refrigerator, oven, and “touch points” (such as door handles, light switches, and faucets).

We can use your cleaning products or Casa Bella can provide the products for a charge. If there is a specific item you need such as granite cleaner, marble cleaner, unscented cleaner, etc. which you prefer, you can provide those for us.

Carpet/Upholstery Steam Cleaning:

We have one of the best carpet steam cleaners in the Northwest Ohio area, called the Rotovac Steam cleaner. We have a three step process for stains and include deodorizing free of charge. Our machine is restorative, making carpets look the best they possibly can. The cost is determined by the number of rooms, halls, stairs, and furniture that is cleaned.

BILLING

Invoices will be sent via email once the cleaning has been completed. Payment is due upon completion of services and and payable by credit/debit cards, bill-pay, ACH direct deposit, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App or checks.

Cancellations

Please email cancellations no later than 5 PM the evening before the day of the scheduled service in order to allow the cleaners to serve others. Failure to do so will result in $29 non-cancellation fee.
